OFFICIAL OPENING of Wester Pickston
Information:	The official opening of the site and the 7.1/4 and 5" track will take place on the Saturday afternoon. The event is not open to the general public but model engineers and their friends are welcome provided they contact Guy Hawksford ( guy@smet.org.uk )or Gerry Bull prior to the event. Visitors bringing locos will be able to run from 9am Saturday till late and all day Sunday. There will be an evening meal, provided by an outside cater on site on the Saturday, Tickets are £15 per head. Soft drinks will be provided but if you wish you can bring your own alcohol. Booking for the meal is essencial as numbers are limited. As of the 1st May there are a few tickets left. There will be a lunch time Bar B Q on the Sunday. There will be over night site security on the Saturday for any one wishing to leave their engine.
